Strive 4 Fitness® Return Policy
Products sold by Strive 4 Fitness® are covered under our 30-day money back guarantee unless
otherwise stated.
Stage of Product Delivery:
Stage 1:
All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via Email
or telephone) for a full refund including shipping. If you plan on canceling, please let us
know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 4 PM PST).
Stage 2:
If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15%
restocking fee.
Stage 3:
Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already
shipped out of our warehouse.
Stage 4:
All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to an incorrect address or no procedure for
package acceptance with required signature) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
Product Return Conditions:
All products returns covered under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee are subject to the
following conditions:
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Strive 4 Fitness® must
accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every
shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30-days from the date the product was
shipped out to you.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
• All products must be returned in \\\"sellable\\\" condition in order to receive full credit.
Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original containers.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Strive 4 Fitness® Shipping Policy
We process Internet orders 7 days a week and ship on all non-holiday
business days Monday - Friday. If you place your order by 12:00 Noon PST, in most
cases, your order will ship the same day; in some instances, within 2 business days.
If we are out of stock on a particular item we will ship “in-stock” items and ship the “out
of stock” items to you when they arrive in our warehouse at no additional shipping
charge to you. We ship Packages through UPS.
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS OVER 3 CASES.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS MUST ORDER BY THE CASE. A case consists of 6 identical items.
* Orders To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands will ship UPS 2nd Day. Email us
to find out shipping rates for these areas when you order.
FOR FASTER SHIPPING:
If you desire faster service we offer the following, for an additional charge as listed on
the shipping table: UPS NEXT DAY and UPS 2nd day shipping. Your order must be
placed no later than 12:00 PST in order to have it shipped the same day.
If you would like to ship using UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd day shipping - indicate this
when placing your online order.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA:
Please email info@strive4fitness.com with your specific request.
P.O. BOXES OR APO BOXES:
Strive 4 Fitness® doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO Boxes.
COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES:
Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the full company name and
name of person to receive the order.
RESIDENTIAL BUSINESSES:
You must have someone present to sign for all packages. If your products are left
on your porch or at your door because you signed a waiver to allow UPS to do this,
Strive 4 Fitness® WILL NOT be responsible for completed delivery of your order.
SHIPPING ERRORS:
Upon receipt of order, it is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of date of
delivery if you received an incorrect quantity, incorrect item, or damaged product. Please
contact us immediately and reference the original order number at
