Chocolate or Vanilla Peanut/Almond Butter

  • 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla FIT 365®
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
  • 1 small banana (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cocoa nibs (optional)
  • 6 to 8 oz cold water or milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Blend to smooth consistency and enjoy!

Mocha-Coffee FITsicles

  • 1 scoop vanilla FIT 365®
  • 1 scoop chocolate FIT 365®
  • 6 to 8 oz prepared coffee
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Blend to smooth consistency
  • Pour into plastic popsicle makers
  • Freeze for 3 to 4 hours and enjoy!

FIT 365® Peanut Butter/Almond Butter

  • 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla FIT 365®
  • ½ cup all natural creamy Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup honey (preferably raw)
  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Roll by hand into 1" balls and chill until firm (about 1/2 hour).  Makes 4 servings.

FIT 365® Oatmeal

  • 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla FIT 365®
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 1 TBS. Peanut Butter (optional)
  • ¼ cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked steel-cut oatmeal
  • Mix FIT 365® powder into cooked oatmeal

FIT 365® Oatmeal Pancakes

  • 2 scoops vanilla FIT 365®
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 2 scrambled egg whites (optional)
  • ¼ cup strawberries (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked steel-cut oatmeal
  • ¼ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients except strawberries in a small bowl and allow mixture to thicken for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour onto preheated frying pan or griddle. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.  Top with fresh strawberries. Makes 1 serving.


FIT 365® Yogurt

  • 2 scoops vanilla FIT 365®
  • 1 cup organic yogurt
  • 1 small banana (optional)
  • 1 cup of strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries (optional)
  • Blend to smooth consistency and enjoy!

FIT 365® Soup

  • 2 scoops vanilla FIT 365®
  • 1 cup organic chicken broth
  • 1 cup of celery
  • 1 cup of carrots

Cook chicken broth with carrots and celery in a pot.  Once cooked, pour soup into blender and add the 2 scoops of Vanilla FIT 365® blend to smooth consistency and pour into soup bowl.

  • 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla FIT 365®
  • 6 to 8 oz coffee (warm or cold)
  • 5 ice cubes (or more with warm coffee)

FIT Buzz On the Go

  • 1 chocolate or vanilla FIT 365® Decanter
  • Fill between orange lines with cold water/milk
  • shake upside down vigorously for 10 sec
  • Combine with coffee in a coffee mug
  • stir with spoon and enjoy!

FIT Tea  

  • 2 scoops vanilla FIT 365®
  • 6 to 8 oz Green or Rose Hip Tea (warm or cold)
  • 5 ice cubes
