FIT 365® SHIPPING POLICY

We process Internet orders 7 days a week and ship on all non-holiday business days Monday - Friday. If you place your order by 2:00pm PST, in most cases, your order will ship the same day. In some instances, within 2 business days.

If we are out of stock on a particular item we will ship “in-stock” items and ship the “out of stock” items to you when they arrive in our warehouse at no additional shipping charge to you.

We ship Packages through UPS & USPS.  

SHIPPING RATES:

We have a flat rate shipping of $7.95 anywhere across the continental United States. If you join the “Free Shipping Plus Club,” you’ll receive free shipping on FIT 365 shipped to your address every 30 days. This doesn’t apply to Wholesale orders.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

Wholesale accounts must order by the case. Each case has 6 idential items.

We have a flat rate shipping of $7.95 anywhere across the continental United States for orders up to 5 cases. We offer FREE ground shipping on all wholesale orders over 5 cases.

PICK UP

If you live in the San Diego area and would like to pick up your orders, you can do so typically between the hours of 9pm and 4pm PST Monday through Friday except on Holidays. You must simply indicate pick up on your online order.

SHIPPING ERRORS:

Upon receipt of order, it is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of date of delivery if you received an incorrect quantity, incorrect item, or damaged product. Please contact us immediately and reference the original order number at info@strive4fitness.com or by calling 858-794-7777.
