FIT 365® Oatmeal Pancakes

2 scoops vanilla FIT 365®

1 banana (optional)

2 scrambled egg whites (optional)

1⁄4 cup strawberries (optional)

1/2 cup cooked steel-cut oatmeal

1⁄4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients except strawberries in a small bowl and allow mixture to thicken for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour onto preheated frying pan or griddle. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Top with fresh strawberries.
