FAQ: How do I Unlock Free Shipping? 

Depending on what promotion(s) we are currently offering, there is a good probability that you can unlock free shipping at a certain order minimum order threshold.     FAQ: How Quickly Should I Expect to Receive Order Tracking? 

    Once your order is placed, our team will begin the process of getting your order ready to safely process, pack, and ship. Typically if you order is placed before 12 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time), our team will process your shipment on the day of your order. Please note that our team processes all shipments during normal business hours (Monday - Friday) and any orders placed outside of the cutoff time on Friday (or during the weekend) it will be processed and shipped on the following business day.     FAQ: What Happens if my Order is Lost or Stolen? 

    If you have not yet received your order after you've been notified with updated tracking information via your Fit365® Customer Account, rest assured that we will work with you and our shipping partners to make sure you receive a replacement order (if necessary) in a very timely fashion. Please note that we will first work with our preferred shipping partners, which include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to verify that your package has been officially classified as lost or stolen.     FAQ: What Happens if my Package is Damaged? 

    If you have receive a damaged shipment, we will immediately process a replacement order provided that you send our team pictures to document the  damage so we can submit a reimbursement claim with our shipping partner.     FAQ: Do you Offer Overseas Shipping?

    FAQ: How do I Track my Order?  

    After your order has successfully shipped from our warehouse, we will automatically email and/or text you with detailed tracking information. Our system will also automatically follow up with detailed notification(s) on the day in which your package is set to arrive and also when your order has been successfully delivered to your address.
